Courtney Bertrand

Courtney has served as BFS's Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer since

January 2019. She has four years of experience in employee benefits administration

and fifteen years working in the corporate vendor world. Her strong suits are

system-management and providing customer service. However, what she finds most

gratifying in her work is making employer-HR roles smooth and efficient.

She comes from Heber Springs, AR, and moved to Fayetteville, AR, in 2000 to attend

the University of Arkansas. Off the clock, she enjoys watching true-crime shows,

traveling with family, and watching her twelve and nine-year-old daughters play sports.
